Create a task

Give it a title, description, priority, and due date. Add a checklist for sub-steps and attach any relevant files.

Assign it to someone

Pick any member of your organisation. They're notified immediately by email and the task appears on their board.

Work progresses

The assignee moves the task through Backlog → In Progress → Done. Comment on it, tick off subtasks, attach files as work advances.

Done & reviewed

Completed tasks are logged with a full activity trail. Managers and Admins can review progress across the whole org at any time.

Yes — your exp-trk.uk account is shared across the whole suite. The same email, the same password, and the same organisation work on both To-Do and Expense Tracker. Sign in once and everything's ready.
Yes — both apps work independently. You can use To-Do on its own without ever touching the Expense Tracker, though you'll still benefit from the shared organisation and login when you want to use both.
No — organisation members are shared across all apps. If someone is already in your org via Expense Tracker, they're immediately available in To-Do. Invite once, use everywhere.
Yes — assignees receive email reminders as task due dates approach, plus notifications when a task is assigned to them or a comment is added. All notifications are sent from your organisation's configured email domain.
To-Do is built with Flutter, running natively on iOS and Android as well as any modern web browser. Your account and all your tasks are in sync across every device.

Your task list

Your home screen shows every task assigned to you, sorted by due date and priority. Open any task to see the full description, subtask checklist, comments, and attachments.

Mark subtasks as you go, add comments for context, and move the task to Done when you're finished.

🔔 You'll receive an email when a task is assigned to you and a reminder as the due date approaches.

Manage the team board

As a Team Lead (Approver role), you can see all tasks across your team and assign new ones to any member. The Kanban board gives you a live view of where everything stands.

Drag tasks between columns, reassign work if someone is overloaded, and leave comments to unblock progress.

📊 Use the board view to spot bottlenecks — if everything is stuck in "In Progress", it's time to check in.

Admin controls

Admins create and manage boards, define task categories, and control who has access to what. The same invitation system used by Expense Tracker works here — invite once, both apps.

Admins also retain all Team Lead capabilities, so a single Admin can manage the entire org's task workflow.

✉️ Members invited through Expense Tracker are already in To-Do — no duplicate invitations needed.
